Six

She wonders

Tiny

She can grab her foot

Those eyes!

My Heart Melts!

Finger found
My oldest child is turning six. I don't really understand how it happened so fast. Six is such a big girl number! I decided to scan in some photos I took of her when she was 4 months old. I wish they had scanned a pinch better because the prints are beautiful. Time flies. I wish I could hold on to her being little forever. Sigh.

Photo Restoration

The Before

After
So today I scanned a bunch of photos of my family. In them were some of my Gram when she was a lovely young woman. I fixed the photo. It took me a LONG time. I totally understand why people charge an arm and a leg to restore old photographs. It is long and tedious work. Above are the before and after of the photo.

Weddings

Love Sonnet by William Shakespeare

Shall I compare thee to a summer's day?
Thou art more lovely and more temperate:
Rough winds do shake the darling buds of May,
And summer's lease hath all too short a date:
Sometime too hot the eye of heaven shines,
And often is his gold complexion dimm'd;
And every fair from fair sometime declines,
By chance or nature's changing course untrimm'd;
But thy eternal summer shall not fade
Nor lose possession of that fair thou owest;
Nor shall Death brag thou wander'st in his shade,
When in eternal lines to time thou growest:
So long as men can breathe or eyes can see,
So long lives this and this gives life to thee.
